Founder & Principal Consultant
With two decades of experience in shipbuilding, offshore conversion, and commissioning management, Mr. Shasivarman provides dependable, transparent, and technically sound solutions that protect both time and cost.
His extensive background spans major FPSO conversions, heavy lift vessel construction, EGCS retrofits, and complex marine system commissioning across Singapore, China, and international waters.

- BSc in Maritime Operations (Netherlands)
- Diploma in Marine Engineering (Singapore Polytechnic)
- Certified Ship Repair Manager - WSH
- Experienced with ISO, ISM, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and Class Rules
